TELEPHONE TECHNIQUES
This one day course is designed for employees
with little or no experience in the handling of company telephone
calls as well as staff who wish to improve their telephone
techniques.

By the
end of the course delegates should be able to apply the principles
of good telephone techniques in any situation which is likely to
be encountered in the job.
They
should as well be able to project a company image of courteous
efficiency to outside callers
