Courses are carried out on site and include classroom and practical sessions covering hazards, risks, general safety and current legislation.

There exists an indentified need to ensure that operators of skid steer loaders, including those with experience are trained correctly and assessed. Insurance companies will insist on a current certificate of basic operating competence.

The Skid Steer course aims are to train the basic skill requirements and associated job safety knowledge of basic Skid Steer loader operation.

Candidates can have varied experience and practical background skills. We have devised variable timetables and correctional instruction techniques to cater for these different situations, whilst maintaining the stipulated training requirements.
