Recently, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) introduced new Food Safety courses which is more relevant to each business environment to increase the effectiveness of Food Safety learning.

In line with this demand, the CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety, covering Catering, Manufacturing and Retail, is aimed at everyone who is involved in the food catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked or handled.
