OXYGEN ADMINISTRATION

This course is designed for delegates who require training to enable them to administer oxygen as an extension of their first aid skills or to enable them to fulfil their role as part of an organised first aid scheme.
The course therefore shows the delegates how to administer oxygen to a patient with a serious or life-threatening illness or injury.

The course consists of:

• Emergency oxygen unit assembly, disassembly and testing

• Safety Precautions
• Emergency Oxygen Administration

• Practical Evaluation

This course is ideal for incorporating into another course, such as Defibrillator.
