FLT INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT

By continually developing our instructor programme and listening to the feedback from our customers, we have initiated a package which addresses the needs of the companies and the individuals.

Our FLT Instructor Development programme is aimed at the recently qualified and more experienced FLT Instructor, enabling them to deliver FLT training compliant with the requirements of the Approved Codes of Practice (L117) and adapt within the guidelines to their particular working environment.

The programme consists of:

• Advice on best methodology for different training situations

• Advice in the setting up and carrying out of practical training to RTITB standard
• Setting up and carrying out of practical tests to RTITB standard
• Practical implementation of information and instruction contained within the course manual and training package
• Establishing correct practise in the certification and record keeping of all trainees
• Further information of the different types of trucks, together with the practical implementation of familiarisation and conversion courses.
