5 S (5C/CANDO) Training

This course is concerned with the elimination of the “7 wastes” by the introduction of world class workplace organisation and housekeeping. At the conclusion of this course, delegates will be able to identify 7 wastes in their own working environment, understand the benefits of working in a clutter-free workplace, design and implement a 5S Audit programme, generate a structured programme to eliminate waste and implement a review process.
This one or two day course is ideally suited to personnel from all disciplines in most industry environments.
