Don't forget that if your registered First Aider does not complete a refresher course within the 3 year time frame, they can no longer perform the First Aid role and would have to sit the full course again. Make sure your First Aiders are refreshed in time.

This HSE Approved 3 Day course complies with the current Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations and upon completion, delegates receive a certificate to show that they are qualified to be First Aiders in the workplace for a period of 3 years.

The course covers dealing with accidents and illness, using a first aid kit through to dealing with shock, fractures and heart attacks.

Courses are scheduled at D&B Training throughout the year. However, we are also able to arrange training at your premises, dependent upon numbers.

The HSE "strongly recommends" that delegates attend a yearly half-day Skills Update course in the 2 years before the refresher training is due. Click on the Skills Update page for more information.
